Chicken:

Season with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, oregano, smoke paprika, chili powder & cumin

Arahan

Air fry in preheated airfryer on 400 for 14 minutes flipping halfway through

Beans:

rinse and drain 1 can of black beans

season with salt, pepper & cumin

cook on medium heat for 8-10 minutes stirring occasionally

Dressing:

1 mini avocado or half a regular avocado

1/2 c Greek yogurt

1 tbsp lime juice

1 clove of garlic

1/4 c cilantro

start with 2 tbsp of water and add more to get to desired consistency

blend in blender or food processor

Serve over chopped romaine with corn, tomatoes, onion & jalapeños! Enjoy! 😊
