Chocolate Courgette Loaf Cake

3 medium eggs

75ml vegetable oil

75g natural yoghurt

1 tsp vanilla

75ml honey

150g courgette, grated

150g plain flour

35g cocoa powder

½ tsp bicarbonate

1 tsp baking powder

Pinch of sea salt

125g chocolate chips

Decor

50g melted dark chocolate

Extra choccy chips

Arahan

Preheat the oven to 180ºc/160ºc fan and grab a 2lb loaf tin

Add the eggs, oil, yoghurt, vanilla, honey and courgette to a bowl and mix

Add the flour, cocoa powder, bicarb, baking powder and salt and mix

Fold through the chocolate chips

Pour into the lined tin and bake for 45-55 minutes

Cool fully and then decorate with melted chocolate and extra chocolate chips
