Tuna Salad Sandwich

1 celery stalk, finely diced

3 tablespoons mayonnaise

Freshly ground black pepper

2 lettuce leaves

2 slices whole-grain bread

Arahan

1 In a small mixing bowl, combine the tuna, celery, and mayonnaise. Season with pepper.

2 Place the mixture on 1 slice of bread, and top with the lettuce leaves.

3 Add the remaining slice of bread to make a sandwich, and serve.
