Ingredienser

125g @flavoritegroup Tiny Toms tomatoes

2 eggs

2 cups flour

Baking powder

1 Zucchini

1 carrot

1/4 cup frozen peas

1 cup shredded cheese

1/2 cup milk

1/4 cup cottage cheese

1/4 cup olive oil

Salt, pepper and Italian herbs to taste

Fremgangsmåte

Combine all of the wet ingredients together. Add the dry ingredients and mix only until just combined, without over mixing.

Divide the mixture into a lined muffin tray and bake for 20-25 minutes at 180C.
