Chicken Shawarma

1 Kg Chicken Breasts/Thighs (Sliced in half and pounded)
2 Cloves Garlic (Crushed)
2 ½ Tablespoon Shawerma Spices (Recipe 👇🏼)
2 Tablespoon Yogurt
4 Tablespoon Oil
1 Teaspoon Vinegar
1 Teaspoon Lemon Juice
Salt
Toum (Garlic Sauce)
Pickles
Shrak or Pita Bread
Shawerma Spices (Teaspoon) (Powder)
1 Paprika
1 Smoked Paprika
1 Chicken (Maggi Cubes)
½ Onion
½ Garlic
½ Coriander
½ Chili
¼ Nutmeg
¼ Cumin
¼ Cardamom
¼ Black Pepper
¼ Ginger
¼ Cinnamon
¼ Clove
¼ Turmeric
Fremgangsmåte
Slice your chicken breasts length wise and pound it to increase it's surface
Add crushed garlic, lemon, vinegar, yogurt, olive oil, shawerma spices, salt and marinate in the fridge from 3 hrs to 36 hrs
Grill your shawerma in a hot pan on both sides
Stack the chicken pieces on top of each other and thinly slice
Assemble your sandwich using shrak or pita bread, garlic sauce "toum", pickles, wrap and grill till cripsy on both sides
Smoke the shawerma using an activated coal and oil for two minutes in a covered pan
Enjoy with more toum
