Red Wine Reduction Sauce

1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
1 cup red wine
1 cup brown stock(beef stock)
1 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon flour
1tsp sugar
pinch of salt
Fremgangsmåte
Add the balsamic vinegar to a pan and reduce by half.
Add the red wine and reduce heat to medium high and simmer for five minutes.
Add in beef stock and simmer for five more minutes.
In a separate bowl add in softened butter and flour. Mix until combined.
Turn heat off and add butter. Whisk until incorporated.
Add sugar and salt to taste. Whisk until thick.
