Parmesan Garlic Orzo

• 1 cup orzo pasta
¼ cup butter
• 2 tablespoons minced garlic
• ¼ c parmesan cheese2 tablespoons milk
% tsp salt & pepper
1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
Fremgangsmåte
Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Cook orzo in the boiling water, stirring occasionally until cooked through but firm to the bit, about 11 minutes
Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat; cook and stir garlic until lightly browned about 5 minutes. Stir orzo into garlic mixture and add milk, salt, black pepper, and parsley.
