Spicy Asian Tomato And Garlic Noodles

Ingredienser

  • SALT

  • 200G PASTA, SPAGHETTI OR BUCATINI

  • 3-4 TBSP OLIVE OIL

  • 4 GARLIC CLOVES, FINELY SLICED

  • 1 TSP GRATED GINGER

  • A GENEROUS KNOB OF BUTTER

  • 1 TBSP CHILLI FLAKES

  • 2½ TBSP SOY SAUCE

  • 1 TBSP OYSTER SAUCE

  • 2 TBSP TOMATO PURÉE

  • 30-40G GRATED PARMESAN

  • A LADLE OF PASTA WATER

  • HANDFUL OF FINELY CHOPPED PARSLEY

  • 1 SPRING ONION, FINE SLICED TO GARNISH

  • 1 TSP OF SESAME SEEDS

  • 2 TSP CRISPY CHILLI OIL

Fremgangsmåte

  1. Prep all ingredients

  2. put your pasta on

  3. fry your garlic in olive oil and then remove them once they’re golden

  4. heat up your butter and add the ginger, soy sauce, oyster sauce, tomato purée, chilli flakes

  5. toss in your pasta and mix with some pasta water

  6. add in your parsley, Parmesan and mix

  7. add pasta water as required

  8. serve with more Parmesan, spring onion, sesame seeds and the crispy garlic and some chilli oil
