Airfryer Honey & Soy Garlic Chicken

4-6 Chicken Thighs
1 packet of microwavable or cooked basmati rice
Handful of edaname beans
Handful of pickled red onion
Handful of crispy onions
Coat your chicken in:
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 tsp chinese 5 spice
1 tsp dark soy sauce
1 tsp garlic puree
1 tsp honey
Baste your chicken in:
1 tsp honey and 1 tsp soy sauce
Fremgangsmåte
Put your chicken thighs in a bowl and coat in sesame oil, chinese 5 spice, dark soy sauce, garlic puree and honey.
Pop your chicken thighs in the air fryer at 180 for 12 minutes
Once cooked, baste your chicken in your honey soy sauce and cook for another 2 minutes (or until nice and crispy)
In a bowl, plate up your rice, pickled onion and edamame beans, cut your chicken thighs into small pieces and serve on the rice along with some crispy onions and more soy sauce.
