Bacon Double Cheeseburger Grilled Cheese

230g 5% beef mince
1 tsp garlic granules
1/2 tsp onion granules
Salt & pepper
1/2 beef stock cube
30g low fat cheese (I used eat lean)
2 brioche buns
2 tbsp burger sauce
2 streaky bacon rashers, cooked
Serve with: homemade fries & a salad or coleslaw
Fremgangsmåte
Season the beef mince with garlic granules, onion granules, 1/2 beef stock cube crumbled then salt & pepper. Roll into 4 patties and place in a pan sprayed with oil. Flatten each pattie then cook for a couple of mins each side. For the last minute add the cheese to two of the patties to melt.
Remove, then place the brioche buns in the pan upside down (as shown in the recipe video). Assemble the burger along with the burger sauce and cooked bacon. Place the top of the bun upside down and press down. Cook for a couple of mins each side (use oil if needed) and enjoy!
