Step 1: Prepare the Brownie Cookie Dough

1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt chocolate chips and butter together in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.

3. In a large mixing bowl, beat granulated sugar, brown sugar, eggs, and vanilla until light and fluffy.
