Easy Pumpkin Oatmeal

Ingredienser

1 ripe banana, mashed

¼ cup pure pumpkin puree

⅓ cup gluten-free rolled oats

½ to ⅔ cup dairy-free milk, I used almond milk

½ teaspoon pumpkin pie spice

Pinch of salt, optional but recommended

Chocolate chips

Pumpkin spice granola butter

Almond butter or other favorite nut butter

Pecans or other favorite nut

Sliced bananas

Fremgangsmåte

In a small saucepan, combine the banana, pumpkin puree, rolled oats, almond milk, pumpkin pie spice, and salt. Simmer until milk has absorbed into the oats, about 5-8 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Place the oatmeal into a bowl and top with your desired toppings, letting melt for a minute if you include chocolate chips. Enjoy immediately!
