Pie Crust

1½ cups + 2 tablespoons flour
½ teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons sugar (only for sweet crusts)
½ cup + 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, chilled and cubed
3-5 tablespoons cold chilled water
Instructies
Mix the flour salt and sugar together
Cut in the cold butter to a coarse meal texture
Add in water until just combined. Don't over mix. If dough is crumbly and will not come together add more water. If dough is sticky add more flour
Roll out on a lightly floured surface to ¼" thickness
