Macaroni Salad (Sweet)

2 cups uncooked elbow pasta, cooked and cooled
1 medium carrot, peeled and shredded
1 small red onion, finely diced
2 ribs of celery, chopped
1 small green bell pepper, diced
1 small red bell pepper, diced
1 small yellow bell pepper, diced
4 green onions, diced
3 eggs, hard boiled and diced
1 teaspoon celery seeds
⅓ cup apple cider vinegar
⅓ cup milk
3 eggs
1 teaspoon dry mustard
¼ cup sugar
1 teaspoon flour
¾ cup mayonnaise
Instructies
Combine cooked pasta, vegetables and celery seed in a large bowl. Mix well
In a small saucepan over low heat mix the eggs and milk together and slowly add in the vinegar. Add in the sugar, flour and dried mustard. Continue to stir constantly until the sauce begins to thicken. Once desired thickness removed from heat and add it in mayonnaise.
Pour the sauce over the pasta mixture and toss to coat. Fold in the hard boiled egg and chill for at least 2 hours before serving
