Café Rio Creamy Tomatillo Salad Dressing

Ingrediënten

3 fresh tomatillos, peeled and quartered

Juice of 3 limes

1/2 cup buttermilk

1 cup mayonnaise

1 cup sour cream

1 packet dry Ranch buttermilk dressing mix

1 bunch cilantro (leaves only)

5 green onions, with stems

3 cloves garlic, crushed

1/2 - 3/4 tsp salt

Instructies

1. Blend all ingredients together until smooth.

2. Serve as a dressing over salads or use as a dip.
