Egg Free Chocolate Cake

GF Chocolate Cake:
Yield: 6 inch round cake pan
180ml Milk (Unsweetened almond milk or any milk of your choice)
15ml (1 tablespoon) White Vinegar or Lemon Juice
130g (2/3 cup) Sugar (Cane / Castor)
1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
65ml (1/4cup) Oil (sunflower / vegetable)
125g (1 cup) Gluten free Flour ( I have used divided sunset gf flour),sifted
25g (1/4 cup) Cocoa Powder, sifted 🍫🍫
1/2tsp Baking Soda
3/4 tsp Baking Powder
1/8tsp Salt
95ml (1/3 cup + 2 tablespoons) Freshly Brewed Coffee or Boiling Water mixed with instant coffee
85g (1/2cup) Chocolate Chips
Instructies
Preheat oven to 350F, grease & line with 6-inch springform cake pan with baking paper.
In a bowl combine room temperature milk & vinegar. Let it is sit for 5 min.
Add oil, vanilla & sugar. Mix with a whisk until sugar is dissolved.
Sift all the dry ingredients into the liquid ingredients. Mix until combined & smooth.
Add Freshly brewed coffee and mix until smooth and well combined.
Pour the cake batter into the cake pan. -Bake for roughly 35-40 min or longer until it is firm to touch in the middle.
Remove from the oven and let it cool for 5 min.Top it Chocolate chips!
