High Protein Chilli Paneer

Ingrediënten

2x blocks of apetina paneer

Paneer coating: pinch of salt, pinch of pepper, pinch of paprika, oil spray, 2 tbsp corn flour

Veg mix: oil spray, 1 red onion, 1 bell pepper (any colour), 1 tbsp crushed ginger garlic paste

Sauce: 1 tbsp ketchup, 3 tbsp dark soya sauce, 1 tsp rice wine vinegar, 1 tsp sweet chilli sauce, 1 tsp cornflour, 3 tbsp water, 1/2 tap brown sugar, 2 tsp sriracha

Instructies

Cut your paneer into the desired shape, coat it with salt, pepper, paprika, corn flour and oil spray. Air fry until golden and crispy. I air fried for 14mins at 180 degrees Celsius

In a non stick pan add the oil spray followed by the vegetables, and ginger garlic paste

Separately make the sauce by combining ketchup, dark soya sauce, rice wine vinegar, sweet chilli sauce, corn flour, water, brown sugar and sriracha

Once the veg have cooked, add the paneer and sauce

Mix well and serve hot
