French Toast Casserole

½ loaf of bread, dried
4 oz cream cheese, cubed
6 eggs
½ maple syrup
½ cup milk
½ cup mixed berries
Instructies
In a 9 in baking pan spread the cubed bread pieces and sprinkle the cream cheese cubes and berries throughout.
In a small bowl whisk together the eggs, maple syrup and milk. Pour over the bread in the pan to completely saturate. Cover with aluminum foil and let rest overnight
Preheat the oven to 350° and place a pan of water on a cookie sheet on the bottom rack. While the oven preheats, poke holes in the aluminum foil. Bake the casserole on the middle rack above the pan of water for 40 minutes
