Tomatoes (I like to use Roma. Other types can work as well) (You can use half fresh, half canned if you want.)
Garlic
Olive Oil

Instructies
The amount of sauce you want directly correlates with how many tomatoes you use, and the amount of garlic you use depends on how many tomatoes you have. But the garlic should be roughly 4 tomatoes - 2ish cloves of garlic. If you like garlic, feel free to add as much as you’d like!
Wash and cut up Roma tomatoes into chunks and set aside for later.
Slice garlic into thin slices, and place into a sauce pan on medium-low heat. Add some olive oil, maybe two or so tablespoons. Cook until about half way cooked
Add Roma tomato chunks into the pan. Turn heat to medium. These tomatoes will be cooking down into a thick sauce. Stir occasionally, you don’t want it to burn to the bottom of the pan.
If you want, you can add a can or two of diced tomatoes. Make sure that is it plain tomatoes though!
This is going to cook until It thickens up a bit. It depends on you for how thick you want it. But you should be able to scoop it up with a slice of Pita Bread
Serve warm with a warmed up slice of pita bread.
