Best carrot cake

Ingrediënten

2 cups all purpose flour

2 cups sugar

2 teaspoons baking soda

2 teaspoons cinnamon

1/2 teaspoon of salt

4 eggs

1 1/2 cups vegetable oil

3 cups grated carrots

1 1/2 cups chopped pecans

CREAM CHEESE FROSTING:

2 - 8 ounce blocks of cream cheese softened

1 stick or half a cup of butter, softened

4 cups powdered sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla

Instructies

Preheat oven to 350. In large bowl, use hand out stand mixer to mix all ingredients. Spray pan(s) Bake for 40 mins.

This recipe was shown with 2 round cake pans. I think you can use a 9x13.

In medium bowl, beat frosting ingredients. Frost cake when cool.

Notities

Cake can be made without frosting and frozen. Wrap well with plastic wrap.
