Indian Tandoori Chicken Marinade

Puree:
1 Cup Yoghurt
1 Onion
4 Cloves Garlic
1 Teaspoon Fresh Ginger
1 Teaspoon Hot Chilli Powder
2 Fresh Chillies (seeds in)
Stir in:
2 Teaspoon Kashmiri Chilli Powder
1 Teaspoon Cumin Powder
1 Teaspoon Coriander Powder
½ Teaspoon Turmeric Powder
½ Teaspoon Red Food Colouring (Optional)
½ Lemon Juiced
1 Teaspoon Salt
1 Teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
½ Kg Chicken Breast
Instructies
Using a stick blender, puree the puree ingredients, then stir in the others.
Add meat to a plastic zip-lock bad and pour over the marinade. Marinade for 4-24 hours.
