Belgian Waffles(Lulu's)

3 cups all-purpose flour
1⅛ cup sugar
1¾ tablespoons baking powder
3 large eggs, separated
2 cups milk
1½ cup butter, melted and slightly cooled
1½ teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructies
In a bowl, combine flour, sugar and baking powder. In another bowl, lightly beat egg yolks. Add milk, butter and vanilla; mix well.
Stir wet ingredients into dry ingredients until just combined. Beat egg whites until stiff peaks form(do not underbeat); fold into batter.
