Quick Homemade Pizza Bagels

4 bagels (sliced in half)

½ cup pizza sauce or marinara

8 oz shredded mozzarella cheese

12 slices pepperoni (cut into squares)

2 oz pancetta (cooked)

Dried oregano (to season)

Black pepper (to season)

Instructies

Step 1: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

✅ Step 2: Lay bagel halves cut side up. Spread 1 tbsp pizza sauce over each.

✅ Step 3: Sprinkle ~1 oz mozzarella cheese on each half.

✅ Step 4: Top with pepperoni, pancetta, a dash of oregano & black pepper.

✅ Step 5: Optionally, sprinkle more cheese on top.

✅ Step 6: Bake 10-15 mins until cheese is melted & edges crispy.

Notities

Freezer Tip: Assemble bagels, freeze on baking sheet until solid, then store in freezer bags. Bake straight from frozen at 350°F until cheese melts.
