Laurie's Garlic Aioli

Ingrediënten

1 cup Mayo

1/4 cup canola

1 head garlic

water and fresh squeezed lemon juice to thin

Instructies

Peel a whole head of garlic, mash or put into a immersion blender with everything but the canola oil and water.

Blend and while blending add a tiny bit of oil at a time until it is gone.

Add water and lemon juice to thin to the consistency that you like.

Put it in a jar and refrigerate. Can be used in an hour but its better by the next day.
