1 tbsp dried thyme (optional)

2 tbsp butter

8 oz sliced portabella mushrooms

3 cups of fresh spinach

½ cup chicken broth

½ cup heavy whipping cream

8 oz cream cheese (use low fat if you want to cut calories)

½ cup grated parmesan cheese

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
