Rach's Top Seoret Cabbage Rolls

• cooked rice
• 8 cabbage leaves
• 1 lb lean ground beef
• ¼ c chopped onion
• 1 egg slightly beaten
• 1 tsp salt
• ¼ tsp ground black pepper
• 1 can condensed tomato soup
• 1 can mushroom soup

Directions:
1. In a large pot, bring water to boil and add a little salt. Add cabbage leaves and cook for 2 to 4 minutes or until softened, drain.
1. In medium mixing bowl, combine ground beef, 1 cup of cooked rice, onion, egg, salt and pepper, along with 2 tbsps. of tomato soup. Mix thoroughly.
2. Divide the beef mixture evenly among the cabbage leaves.
3. Place in a baking dish, pour both cans of soup over top.
4. Bake in a preheated 350°F.oven for 2 hours. Once cooked, remove the dishes from the oven and let cool for 15 minutes before removing aluminum foil. Serve hot. Serves 4.
