4 chicken thighs, dried well
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp gochujang
1 tsp sesame oil (@momofukugoods ✨)
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp brown sugar
1 tsp baking powder
2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp black pepper
Airfryer at 380F skinside down for 10 mins, then flip and airfry for another 6-10 mins or until crispy and golden!
