Glazed Orange Juice Muffins

2 cups Bisquick baking mix

2/3 cup orange juice

2 Tbsp vegetable oil

2 Tbsp sugar

Grease bottoms only of 12 medium muffin cups (or line with paper baking cups). Beat egg slightly; stir in remaining ingredients just until moistened. Divide batter evenly among muffin cups. Bake until golden brown, about 15 minutes.
