Peppermint Bark

1 lb white or pink chocolate

1/2 cup crushed peppermint candy

18-30 drops peppermint oil

Cut chocolate into pieces and melt over a double boiler (do not let the water boil). Stir in the peppermint and the flavored oil. Spread onto a wax paper-covered baking sheet and cool.
