Toum Creamy Lebanese Sauce

5 Cup Of Water
5 Tablespoon Of Starch
½ Cup Lemon Juice
1-2 Teaspoon Salt
1 Cup Oil
7 Garlic Cloves
1 Tablespoon Of Vinegar
Wskazówki
Add the water with the starch and wisk it with a medium heat until it becomes thick.
Leave it to cool down in the refrigerator.
After it cooled down put it in the food processor with the rest of the ingredients.
