Matilda Chocolate Cake

Ingredientes

240ml milk

2 eggs

180g brown sugar

140ml oil

140g flour

2 tsp baking powder

20g cocoa powder

100g melted chocolate

Ganache

250g hot heavy cream

250g melted chocolate

165°C - 50 minutes

Instruções

Add the milk and eggs mixing well, proceed with the sugar and oil (always mixing well). Add the SIEVED flour little by little, the baking powder (sifted) and the cocoa powder (sifted) + 100g melted chocolate.

Ganache

Melt the chocolate in the hot cream and leave to rest in the fridge for 2 hours, until you reach the perfect consistency.

To make the cake even better, add the ganache when the cake is warm, so it will melt and be more delicious!
