• 60oz Chicken Breast (1700g) • 2.5 Tbsps Garlic Salt (38g) • 2.5 Tbsps Smoked Paprika (18g) • 2.5 Tbsps Onion Powder (18g) • 3.75 Cups Cottage Cheese (0% Fat) (840g) • 5oz Reduced Fat Cream Cheese (140g) • 5 Tbsps Ranch Seasoning (48g) • 1.25 Cups Buffalo Sauce (300g) • 1.25 Cups Fat Free Milk (300g) • Fresh Chives (30g) (Optional) • 20oz Dry Protein Pasta (565g)

Instruções

DIRECTIONS

1. Take out 60oz of chicken breasts. Season them with garlic salt, smoked paprika, and onion powder.

2. Air fry the chicken at 375F (190C) for 15-20 minutes or bake it at 400F (205C) for around 20-25 minutes or until proper internal temperature.

3. In a blender, combine cottage cheese, cream cheese, ranch seasoning, Buffalo sauce, and milk.

4. Blend until everything is smooth, cover with plastic wrap, and set aside.

5. Boil and drain 20oz of protein pasta.

6. Mix the warm cooked pasta with the Buffalo sauce made in Steps 3 & 4.

7. Take out 10 meal prep containers, add 1/10 of the total sauced pasta and 1/10 of the total cooked chicken to each one (you can do this by weighing each one and dividing the weight by 10).

8. (Optional) Top the meals with some fresh chives for color and flavor.

9. Store the containers in the freezer for up to 3 months (go to page 5 for reheating
