Craving a Costco chicken bake but don’t have a membership (or just don’t want to face the crowds)?! Make them at home!!
For those that aren’t familiar, it’s essentially pizza dough stuffed with chicken, bacon, cheese & caesar dressing, and it’s absolutely delicious.
It comes together quickly and you can freeze them for later!
Costco Chicken Bake Recipe (makes 3)
1 lb store-bought fresh pizza dough
10 oz shredded or chopped rotisserie chicken
3 oz bacon, chopped and cooked until crispy
1/2 cup caesar dressing, plus more for topping
5 oz shredded Italian blend cheese, plus more for topping
1/4 cup finely chopped green onion
1 tsp Italian seasoning
Instruções
Preheat oven to 425˚F.
In a large bowl, mix together the chicken, bacon, caesar dressing, cheese, green onion and Italian seasoning until well combined.
Divide the pizza dough into 3.
On a well floured surface, roll out each piece of pizza dough into a ~9x5” rectangle. Add 1/3 of the filling to the center, leaving space at both ends. Fold the sides over the filling, then fold the ends over and pinch to seal the dough. Make sure to pinch the dough completely closed, otherwise they will burst open in the oven.
Place seam side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Brush with a very thin layer of caesar dressing, then a sprinkle of cheese. Bake for 15-20 minutes, until golden brown. Let cool slightly before enjoying.
