Ingredients (per 2 sandwiches):
1 light canned tuna
1/2 large avocado
1 tbsp 0% fat greek yogurt
1 tbsp light mayo
1/4 red onion
1 tsp dill
1 tbsp dijon mustard
1/4 juice of a lemon
salt and pepper to taste
2 slices large tomato
4 slices of “Thin-Sliced 21 whole grains and seeds” Dave’s Killer Bread
1 tbsp pesto
How to make it yourself:
Instruções
Dice your red onions and cut two large tomato slices
In a bowl add in your drained canned tuna, avocado, light mayo, Greek yogurt, diced red onions, dill, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, and Salt and pepper to taste and mix well
Toast 4 slices of bread and add one tomato slice, half the tuna mix, and pesto per sandwich to make two sandwiches and enjoy!
