Herb Grilled chicken

Instruções

Marinate chicken breast with 6-7 cloves garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, chopped corriander, chilli flakes, oregano, salt and pepper. Grill it on a pan with a spoonful of olive oil for 3 mins each side.

Lemon butter rice

Cook rice the way you like it. Once cooked add a tbsp of butter, chopped mint and corriander leaves and lemon juice.

Greek salad

Chop cucumbers, onion and tomato. Mix in one whole lemons juice with 1 tbsp olive oil, 1 clove crushed garlic, oregano, salt and pepper. Mix in with the salad and add some crumbed feta cheese.

Tzatziki

Grate a cucumber and add it to hungry curd or green yogurt along with some chopped mint leaves, corriander leaves, lemon juice, salt pepper.

Assemble the bowl togther and enjoy!!!
