1 tbsp Cornstarch/flour (for coating)

For the Sauce:

2 tbsp gochujang 🌶️

1 tbsp honey 🍯

3 cloves garlic, minced 🧄

1/2 cup water (adjust as necessary)

1 tsp sesame oil

For the Korean Cucumber Salad:

2 large cucumbers, thinly sliced 🥒

1/2 red onion, thinly sliced 🧅

1/4 cup rice vinegar 🍚

1 tbsp sugar 🍚

1 tbsp soy sauce 🍶

1 tsp sesame oil 🌾

1 tsp toasted sesame seeds 🌱

1 clove garlic, minced 🧄
