Ingredients (serves 2):
200g chicken breast raw
30g Panko Breadcrumbs
Oregano
Garlic granules
Chilli flakes
Salt and pepper to taste
20g egg whites
White onion diced
Tsp garlic puree
120g dry tagliatelle
Tsp smoked paprika
Crumbled chicken stock cube
200g chopped tomatoes
100ml elmea single 45% less fat cream
20g parmesan
Chopped basil
Season the chicken with a tsp of oregano, garlic granules, 1/2 tsp chilli flakes, salt and pepper. Season the breadcrumbs with the same seasonings except the chilli flakes, dip the chicken in the egg white then the breadcrumbs. Push in thoroughly. Air fry for 18 minutes on 180 degrees.
Boil the pasta in a boiling pan of salted water.
Instruções
In a pan, fry off the garlic and onion until softened. Add in a tsp oregano, smoked paprika, salt and pepper to taste and chilli flakes. Mix well for a couple of minutes, before combining the tomatoes, crumbled stock cube and cream leave to simmer for five minutes before adding in half the parmesan.
In the last 5 minutes of the cooking time for the chicken, add a tbsp of the tomato sauce to each breast, top with half of the parmesan and return to the airfryer.
Add half the chopped basil to the tomato sauce, combine the pasta. Top the pasta with the chicken and some basil.
