Crispy Chicken Tacos

Ingredients:
3 chicken breasts, cubed
3 tbs taco seasoning
olive oil
small corn tortillas
1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
Fresh cilantro, chopped
pico de gallo
plain Greek yogurt
1 lime, cut into wedges
Instruções
Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
Cube the chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces and season them with taco seasoning.
Once the skillet is hot, add the seasoned chicken cubes. Cook for about 7-8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and lightly browned on the edges. Add in red onion and cilantro.
While the chicken cooks, preheat your oven to 425°F.
Lightly brush each corn tortilla with olive oil.
Add in your chicken and shredded cheese, then fold.
Bake the tortillas for about 7-8 minutes, or until they are crispy and golden.
Top with pico, greek yogurt, red onion, cilantro and lime!
