Neil's Green Hot Dog

Ingredientes

1 pack of Hot dog sized Anduoille sausage or whatever else you want really.

1 pack of hot dog buns... don't be cheap.

1 pack of sliced havarti cheese

1/2 cup of loose cilantro leaves

1 cup of frenched onions

1 sliced serrano pepper (optional)

Make that green sauce in the recipe list

Instruções

Cook the dogs and heat the buns to your desired level... place the havarti cheese in the buns so that 2 points are sticking out, one on each side. Place dog in folded cheese. Top with desired amount of cilantro and French onions then apply that green sauce.

Notas

Add serrano if you want it hot.
