Tres Leches Cinnamon Rolls

For the dough:
4 cups all-purpose flour
1/3 cup granulated sugar
1 packet instant yeast
1 tsp salt
1 1/2 cup milk
6 tbsp unsalted butter
1 egg room temperature
For the Filling:
½ cup butter, softened
1 cup brown sugar
2 tbsp ground cinnamon
For the Tres Leches Soak:
½ cup evaporated milk
½ cup sweetened condensed milk
½ cup whole milk
For the Cream Cheese Glaze:
4 oz cream cheese, softened
¼ cup butter, softened
1 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
2-3 tbsp milk (to thin, if needed)
Instruções
In a large bowl, mix 2 cups flour, yeast, salt, and sugar.
Warm milk and butter until melted and add to dry ingredients.
Add egg and mix until smooth, then gradually add remaining flour until dough forms.
Knead on a floured surface for 10 minutes until smooth and stretchy.
Place in an oiled bowl, cover, and let rise for 1 hour until doubled.
Mix sugar, butter, and cinnamon for the filling.
Roll dough into an 18x12-inch rectangle, spread filling, and roll tightly.
Cut into 12 rolls and place in a parchment-lined 9x13-inch pan. Cover and let rise for 1 hour.
Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 30 minutes until golden brown.
Mix evaporated milk, condensed milk, and whole milk. Pour over warm rolls and let soak for 15 minutes.
Beat cream cheese, butter, powdered sugar, milk, salt, and vanilla until fluffy.
Spread frosting over cooled rolls and enjoy!
