¼ cup rolled oats, ground finely in a food processor (or quick or instant oats)

¼ teaspoon cinnamon (optional)
Instruções
Stir all ingredients together in a bowl.
Divide among storage containers and seal. Store in the fridge for at least 4-6 hours or overnight.
Serve cold.
