Poblano Pasta

3 poblano peppers (roasted & peeled)
2 serrano peppers
1 jalapeño
1/2 white onion
3 raw garlic cloves
1 sprig of cilantro
1 block of cream cheese
1/4 cup Mexican cream or sour cream
2–3 tbsp chicken bouillon
1/2 cup milk
Juice of 1 lemon
Black pepper
1–1.5 lbs carne asada
2 large shallots (thinly sliced)
Instruções
Roast the poblano peppers, serranos, and jalapeño until charred. Peel the poblanos, then deseed them. 🌶
Blend the peppers, onion, garlic, cilantro, cream cheese, Mexican cream, bouillon, milk, lemon juice, and black pepper until smooth. 🥣✨
Cook your favorite pasta 🍝 while grilling or pan-frying the carne asada 🥩. Let the steak rest, then slice it.
Fry shallots in oil until crispy and golden 🧅✨
Toss the pasta in the poblano sauce, then plate it up!
Top with carne asada, crispy shallots, cilantro 🌿, and queso cotija 🧀.
