Ingredientes

8 ounces pasta (such as fettuccine, penne, or your choice)

1 pound steak (sirloin, ribeye, or flank), sliced into thin strips

2 tablespoons olive oil

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup heavy cream

1/2 cup beef broth

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish, optional)

Instruções

Cook the Pasta: Begin by cooking the pasta in a large pot of salted boiling water according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Prepare the Steak: While the pasta is cooking, heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Season the steak strips with salt and pepper.

Sear the Steak: Add the steak to the hot skillet, cooking for about 3-4 minutes until browned. Use tongs to turn the pieces for even cooking. Remove the steak from the skillet and set aside.

Make the Cream Sauce: In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant. Pour in the heavy cream and beef broth, stirring to combine. Bring the mixture to a gentle simmer.

Add Cheese and Seasoning: Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning. Continue to cook the sauce until it thickens slightly, about 3-5 minutes. Taste and adjust the seasoning with salt and pepper as needed.

Combine Pasta and Steak: Add the cooked pasta and seared steak back into the skillet. Toss everything together until the pasta and steak are well coated with the creamy sauce.

Serve: Garnish with chopped fresh parsley, if desired, and serve immediately. #easyrecipeideas #easymealideas #dinneroftheday #steak #pasta
