Crockpot Lemon Chicken

4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
1/2 stick unsalted butter, cubed
1 1/2 cups chicken broth
Spoonful of minced garlic
3 thyme sprigs
1 rosemary sprig
2 Tbsp. water
2 tsp. cornstarch
1/2 cup heavy cream
1 tbsp chicken Bouillon
2 tsp. finely grated lemon zest
Fresh lemon juice, to taste
Seasoning: garlic salt, pepper, Italian seasoning
Instruções
Season your chicken breast with Italian seasoning, garlic salt, and pepper. In a large skillet with butter, brown chicken breast for 4-6 mins on each side.
Spray crockpot well and add chicken, lemon slices, chicken broth, butter slices, thyme and rosemary. Cook on low for 8 hrs or high for 4 hrs.
30 mins before the chicken is done, add your heavy cream mixture (heavy cream, cornstarch, lemon zest, and boullion)
Pairs well with rice or lemon & herb ricotta pasta sauce with asparagus!
