Buffalo Chicken Ranch Pasta Salad

Ingredientes

2 chicken breasts, pounded thinly

2 tsp garlic powder

2 tsp onion powder

2 tsp paprika

2 tsp Italian seasoning

1 tbsp salt

1 tsp black pepper

Juice and zest from 1/2 lemon

1/4 tsp chili powder

1/3 cup buffalo sauce

Pound chicken breast thinly until even thickness. Season with all other ingredients. Cook on a pan on medium high until 150F internal temperature. Let the chicken rest and it’ll gradually come up to 165F internal. Dice and toss in buffalo sauce.

1 cup mayo

1 cup sour cream

1/2 cup buttermilk

1 tbsp fresh dill, finely minced

1 tbsp fresh parsley, finely minced

1 tbsp chives, finely chopped

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp pepper

2 tsp lemon juice

Salad

8 oz pasta of choice

2 celery stalks, diced

2 carrots, diced

1/2 cup green onions, sliced

1/4 cup red onions, diced

8 oz Colby jack cheese, shredded
