Hamburger Soup

Ingredients

2 lbs lean hamburger

6 small potatoes, diced

2 medium onions, chopped

2 stalks celery, chopped

4 medium carrots, sliced

1 c cabbage, chopped

6 c water

2 beef bouillon cubes

1 can tomato soup

1 can pork and beans

Directions

Brown hamburger lighting and set aside. Cook vegetables in pan until softened. Combine meat, tomato soup and vegetables in large pot with water and bouillon (beef stock). Cook until vegetables are tender, but not mushy. Add baked beans and simmer for a few minutes before serving.
