Theresa’s White Chicken Chili

1 Tablespoons oil
1 medium onion, chopped
1 ½ teaspoons garlic powder
1½ teaspoons cumin
1 teaspoons oregano
¼ teaspoons cayenne pepper
2 chicken breasts, cut up and sauteed
1 can chicken broth
1 cup water
1 can Cream of Chicken soup
1 7oz diced green chilies
1 can mexi-corn or regular corn
3 cans great northern beans, drained and rinsed
1 12 oz can evaporated milk
1 ½ cups sour cream
Directions
Heat oil in a large pot. Sautee onions and spices for 3-4 minutes. Add chicken and cook until chicken is cooked.
Add broth, water, cream of chicken soup until mixed.
Add 2.5 cans of white beans, corn and diced green chili
Puree ½ can of white beans in food processor until smooth. Add a bit of water if needed.
Add puree to chili Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat, add evaporated milk and sour cream. Simmer 20 min
