Persian (Iranian) Saffron Chicken Marinade

Ingredients

15 Strands Saffron (Pounded Into Powder And Soaked With ¼ Cup Warm Water For 30 Minutes)

1 Chopped Onion

1 Cup Greek Style Yoghurt

3 Tablespoon Melted Butter

1 Lemon Juiced

1 Teaspoon Salt

¼ Teaspoon White Pepper

½ Kg Chicken Breast

Directions

  1. Mix together all the ingredients.

  2. Add meat to a plastic zip-lock bad and pour over the marinade. Marinade for 4-24 hours.
