Tracy’s Red Beet Eggs

Ingredients

1 can of beets

1/2 cup of white vinegar

1/2 cup of sugar

1 dozen hard boiled eggs, peeled

1/4 tsp natures seasoning

Dash of salt & pepper

Directions

Pour beet juice in a glass container (large pickle jar from Costco works well)

Add eggs and pour beets on top.

Combine vinegar, sugar, and seasonings in a pan and bring to a full boil. Stir until sugar is dissolved.

Pour hot liquid over eggs.

Refrigerate for 48 hours before eating.

Notes

You can add slices of onion, cloves, or bay leaves for added flavor.
