Ingredients

3 eggs beaten

1 cup Sugar

2 sticks margarine

1 T salt

1 can Sego (evaporated milk)

1 can water

flour

Directions

Bring milk and water to a boil. Pour over margarine, sugar and salt. Let melt and cool.

Soften yeast in a little warm water and add a little sugar. Add eggs when first mixture is cooled, then yeast. Add enough flour to make a soft dough. Let rise once and punch down. Make into buns, cinnamon rolls or kuchen. Bake at 350.

Notes

This recipe is from my Aunt Lydia Pope of Illinois, (my mother's sister) gotten in 1974. She made some for us at my Aunt Helen's (mother's sister, too) in Box Elder. They were very good.
